Assistant Architect Novel

After returning from overseas to find work, architecture graduate student Zhang Siyi endures a coffee-splashing incident initiated by his ex-girlfriend during a cafe confrontation. Siyi dodges the projectile, but the coffee inadvertently strikes a handsome stranger at a nearby table. The following day, Siyi's job interview takes a surprising turn when he discovers the interviewer is the same man he accidentally drenched. Believing the position lost, Siyi is astonished when the handsome interviewer, seemingly putting past grievances aside, hires him. To Siyi's further surprise, this man becomes his direct supervisor. Overwhelmed by the interviewer's perceived generosity, Siyi is deeply moved. However, he remains unaware that this seemingly fortunate turn of events marks the beginning of his true troubles.
