Gu Xiyu is tasked with traveling to various worlds to neutralize dangerous villains, restoring harmony. However, his assigned system proves peculiar from its initial confused greeting. Initially believing it to be a sophisticated AI, Gu Xiyu soon suspects the system is malfunctioning. Instead of receiving direct commands to confront villains, the system offers bizarre alternative solutions. For instance, to prevent a powerful villain from harming the protagonist, the system suggests sending flowers. To stop an imperial general from fatally wounding a prince, it advises Gu Xiyu to act cute. When a demonic figure hoards cultivation pills, the system proposes "duel cultivation" as an alternative progression method. Forced to comply with these strange directives to avoid punishment, Gu Xiyu observes that the world's danger levels decrease. Yet, the villains he encounters are becoming increasingly erratic.
